Ex-Demo & Used Items

Please note that all Ex-Demo and Used items are sold as-is and do not come with any warranty. Customers acknowledge that these items may have signs of use and agree to purchase them in their current condition.

Manufacturer's Warranty (New Items)

Many of the new products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If a product you purchased develops a defect due to faulty materials or workmanship within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will assist you in processing a warranty claim.

  4. Depending on the manufacturer’s policy, the item may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at their discretion.

Return Shipping

  • If a warranty claim is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.
